Is FlyCharts free?
During the preview phase, FlyCharts is completely free to use while we integrate all features from XPFlightPlanner. After the preview, core features will remain free, while advanced tools will be available through a subscription at USD 2.49/month. A lifetime license option will also be offered.
What is the difference with XPFlightPlanner?
FlyCharts is the new name and evolution of XPFlightPlanner. While XPFlightPlanner will continue to receive bug fixes and security updates, all new features and improvements will be developed exclusively in FlyCharts.
What if I already own an XPFlightPlanner license?
First of all, thank you for your support! As a valued customer, you’ll receive up to 2 years of free FlyCharts subscription, depending on your XPFlightPlanner license purchase date. In addition, all current and past customers will get 2 extra months free as a bonus.
Can FlyCharts be used for real-world operations?
FlyCharts is developed exclusively for use with gaming flight simulators. It is not designed for professional flight training or real-world aviation operations. Any information, charts, or planning or features provided within the application are intended solely for entertainment and simulation purposes.
